3). Our services are available to clients who are of legal age or have parental or guardian consent if required by law.
4). Hypnosis is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Consult your primary care physicians for any physical or mental health conditions.
5). You may be refused services, for example, because of physical or mental health conditions that require specialised treatment outside our scope of practice.
6). Hypnosis is a collaborative process and any results depend on your willingness to participate.
7). Be clear about your goals and expectations for your hypnotherapy sessions. We do not guarantee specific results after hypnosis sessions. Results may vary and individual commitment and participation are crucial to success.
8). The client's responsibilities include being open and honest during sessions, following all instructions given before the session, and actively participating in their own healing process.
9). You are responsible for your own actions and well-being during and after hypnosis sessions.
10). The client has the right to refuse any hypnosis techniques or interventions that make them uncomfortable or unwilling to participate.
11). Advance notice is required to reschedule an appointment. No refunds will be given for missed sessions.
12). The contents of our website, including hypnosis audio recordings are for personal use only and are not for distribution or sale.
